Food Options 

Healthy Liquid Detox

Every half-day retreat includes a freshly made detox juice and veggie soup. If you attend the full day, you get 2 of each.

There are also fantastic local options for those looking to have food freedom during their retreat.

1. Hotel breakfast. Full continental and cooked. £10.00 (included for those who are staying overnight) or £12.50 if not taking accommodation.

2. Soup and lunches @ Alfies Bistro. 30 seconds walk from the hotel. Soups, salads, crumpets, various breads,  with avocado, egg, salmon, veggie options. Michelin star chef owned. (Till 5pm)

3. Hotel menu, starters from £7.00 and mains from £16.00. Till 7pm.

4. The oldest licensed restaurant in Scotland - The Clachan. Booking advised. Till 9pm

5. The Winnock Hotel /  The Drymen Inn (7pm), The Deli (4pm)

How many days can I attend?

You are welcome to come from half a day, all the way through to the full 5 days of the retreat. We have such a wide variety in our programme that every day feels different.
