We offer Detox and Semi-Detox and Non-Detox options.  If you wish to join in with the programme but not detox then you can dine in the spa hotel as they have a beautiful menu or dine in the oldest licensed restaurant in Scotland, The Clachan.  Or ask about delivery and pick up options for detox requests.

Freshly Extracted Juice


Fresh, alive and sometimes blended with banana and or avocado.  Top with some nuts and seeds, or maybe add in a little protein powder if that is how you roll. Retreat Scotland Juices..yum.

Nutritious Hot Pot


 

 A great bowl of hot delicious food, more than just a soup. Not watered down. We like to eat!  Retreat Scotland Soups..yum.  Check out our list below.  V.Vegetarian. VE. Vegan.

Private Chef Creations


Each night we have amazing 95% Plant Based, hot pots. Non detox or semi detox have side plates of rice or lentils or baked potato. Chicken dishes served on request.

Oats Hot or Cold


We always have oats on hand if you don't want the full detox. Make an overnight with them and frozen berries and a plant milk.  Or feel free to ask to make your own hot the way you like them.

Green Boost

2 Green Apples. 

1/4 Cucumber & 1/4 Zuchinni 

1 Very Large handfuls of Kale or Spinach   

1 Celery Stick & 1 Small Lime (skin off)

'Juice it then add or blend it with 2 Ice Cubes'

Optional. Blend with 1/4 Avocado or Banana

Tomato & Red Pepper


1 Small Yellow/Red Onion

2 Red Peppers
(use 1 yellow for sweeter)

1 Yellow/Red Onion
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves

2 Crushed Garlic Cloves

5-7 Tomatoes

1 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil

1 Veggie Stock Cube

Season (little pinch)

Optional coconut milk or cream

550ml of  Hot Water

Beet It

x1 Handful of Spinach

x1 3cm Cucumber

x2 Apples

x1/2 Small Beetroot (3cm)

'juice it'
Then blend in.

x4 Tbsp Berries (Any)

x1 Tbsp Yogurt (optional)
1/2 Small Banana
x1 TSP Mixed Seeds/Nuts

Veggie Soup

1 Large Leek

1 Sweet Potato

1 Celery Stick

1 Sweet Potato

1 Parsnip

1 Zucchini

2 Carrots

1 Sweet Potato

1 Courgette

1 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil

1 Veggie Stock Cube

1 Bay Leaf

550ml Water

Pinch Thyme

Season (salt pepper)

Queen C

2-3 Large Carrots

2 Apples

1/2 Small Lemon

(wax free, if not then peel it)

3-4 cm Fresh Ginger


Ice



Juice it and drink it.




Pumpkin or Squash

600 kg pumpkin or squash

1 Garlic Clove (optional)

1 Small Onion Any Type

3 Large Carrots

1 Veggie Stock

1 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil

560 ml Hot Water

Season salt pepper


Optional.
Spice it up add a granny smith apple and grate in some fresh ginger.
