Getting to Retreat Scotland

So how do you find Drymen.

By car - from the south direction on the M74, follow the M8 through Glasgow, then follow the signs for Aberfoyle (A811). Drymen is just off the A811.  

You can also come via the Erskine Bridge A810 towards the A809.

Public Transport please use the travel in Scotland link above. It can take just over 90 minutes.

By bus - The buses run from Drymen to Loch Lomond, Stirling, and Glasgow.  The main bus stop is in the village square just along from the hotel

By train - There is a train station in the next village, Balloch. It is around 8 miles away. You can take a train from Glasgow Central Station to Balloch.  Once you arrive in Balloch there are taxis available  outside the station.

 By plane - The closest airport is Glasgow Airport. It is only 16 miles from us.  Edinburgh Airport is around a 60 minute drive.  Prestwick Airport also is around a 90 minute drive.
