Relax At Night - Adults Only Spa

  • Prioritising a rejuvenating slumber of at least 8 hours nightly is key, as it provides your body with the crucial time needed for healing and revitalisation. Make it a point to establish healthy sleep routines that can be carried forward to nurture your well-being once you return home.
  • Explore the benefits of the quiet time when the spa darkens its lights after 7.30 pm, allowing ample opportunities for relaxation and replenishment.
  • Bask in the enchanting local environment, relishing the great outdoors and invigorating, unpolluted air it generously offers.
  • Take advantage of the freedom to cherry-pick activities based on your preferences; we don't operate under the rigid structure of a boot camp.

  • Refresh your digestive system following the wisdom of Hippocrates, and maybe choose detox soups and juices to cleanse, rebalance, and reinvigorate your body.
  • Enjoy freshly-prepared, minimally processed, and nutritionally-rich foods, choose where you dine. In the hotel from the wonderful menu to suit all, take a detox delivery even to your room or wander over 20 meters to the bistro for a food heaven.
  • Experience a rejuvenating juice detox, giving your digestive system a break while flooding your body with essential micronutrients. This three-day option supports natural detoxification and cleansing. This must be ordered in advance.
  • Stay well-hydrated to create a healthy internal environment and assist your body in eliminating toxins. We also offer the flexibility to dine within the hotel,  or have detox options delivered.
