Simple Recommended Kit List. (Use your judgement regarding the time of year and the predicted forecast).
- Exercise t shirts, pants, shorts. (change twice a day sometimes).
- Training shoes. (worn ones) Two pairs. In winter time when it rains it is good to have hiking boots.
- Walking boots are not needed, but some like to bring them for when in the fields.
- Change of WARM clothes at night after your shower. Comfy. Yoga clothes are the same.
- Jogging suit or pants. Something to do yoga in.
- Warm/jumpers/sweatshirt/hoodie
- Underwear & socks. (change twice a day sometimes). Sport socks. Thin socks. Woolly socks at night.
- Comfortable lounge wear. Warm fleece top.
- Jacket/coat/in the winter (scotland 90% lol) Waterproofs. Top and bottom. (In Spring and Summer months most don't bring them, but in winter it is advised). If not you will get a wee bit wet if it rains when out walking.
- Small basic draw string backpack. 1.99 online to buy. Or a little bag for your back. Some don't use them as the walks are short. However if you are coming for 5 days or more, we will do a long walk maybe up the hills.
- Toothpaste, toothbrush and any Toiletries
- All your personal medications.
- Antihistamines (allergy tablets). Pain killers. Blister packs. Plasters. White tape. Vaseline. (staff are not permitted to give you medication). (There is a supermarket nearby).
- Suncream. Well maybe in the summer (1 month of the year in Scotland). Insect spray. Ear plugs.
- Glasses/sunglasses. Maybe a cap if you like.
- Swimsuit. For the loch or the spa, flip flops as the spa and pool floor gets wet.
- Pyjamas/Nightwear or a robe to walk upstairs back to your room.
